Opportunity

Kia wanted to reimagine their prototype for an urban location. The goal was to design something distinctive that still had the essence of Kia, while unlocking new moments for customer engagement.

The Change

We transformed a historic building in downtown Los Angeles into a bold new expression of the Kia brand. The impressive scale of the space sets the stage for a more immersive, elevated experience, which includes a dedicated EV showroom.

To create a more holistic dealership experience, we unified sales and service into a seamless journey. All customers are now welcomed directly into the transparent, expansive showroom, allowing for more opportunities for sales and interaction.

Impact

The new flagship opened in Summer 2025, as the first of many urban dealerships in development. While each one will have its own distinct look, they’ll all integrate fixed signature elements with the same Kia essence.
