To qualify for the Help Desk Analyst position, you must have practical problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mentality, a positive attitude, and basic Windows and Mac experience. This is an in-house position whereby the Help Desk Analyst will be troubleshooting computer issues for ChangeUp employees, helping to build PCs and Macs, and assist with software installation. The Help Desk Analyst will respond to help-desk tickets in a timely manner, resolve the issues, and confirm the problem has been resolved to the employee’s satisfaction.
